I can't add my code due to the sticker deal

You are not able to checkout with two active discount codes at the same time. Since The Sticker Deal is an automatice discount code, unfortunately if you have another code you will not be able to use it. The best way to save money in this situation would be to purchase your stickers first and then make a second purchase using your code on your other items. Since all stickers are mail with free shipping, you will not need to worry about paying for shipping twice. Yay!

Do you do custom designs?

Yes! We offer custom sticker designs which you can get started by placing an order here (please read the directions carefully); or if you're looking to get something commisioned you can send us a mesage here and we will get you a quote.

All custom designs are hand drawn by me, Brianna, the president and founder of Harvest Moon Gemz. You will get an original piece in the HMG art style!

How long are shipping times?

Please allow the following amount of shipping days for these products:

  • Envelopes (Stickers & Small Prints): 2-4 days
  • Handmade Items (Indicated in item descrption): 3-5 days
  • Dropshipped Items (Indicated in item description): 14-28 days

*Unfortunately the shipping times for dropshipped items are rather high right now. Please be patient as we are doing everything possible to make sure your order gets to you in the shortest amount of time.

*Each product has an estimated shipping & handling time bar right below the payment methods. That is the best way to predict how long it will take for your order to get to you.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow the following amount of days for processing for these products:

  • Handmade Items (Indicated in item descrption): 2-4 days
  • Dropshipped Items (Indicated in item description): 5-7 days

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. Once the order has been shipping, you will; will be sent an email with a tracking reference number. You can use to check the progress of your order online. If you do not recieve your tracking number in the allotted time (check the question above), please contact support and we will be happy correct that for you.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@harvestmoongemz.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

I have entered the wrong address!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@harvestmoongemz.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

Can I get a refund?

My item arrived damaged

If your item arrived damaged, please contact us with:

- Your order number.

- A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
