** PLEASE NOTE: Due to an unusually large number of orders and our increased safety precautions, you may experience delayed shipping up to two weeks. We value our customers and apologize for the inconvenience.**

After receiving payment, all orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

Harvest Moon Gemz utilizes USPS as our primary shipper, however various shipment methods are used based on the product and destination. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free US shipping for orders over $55.

In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date. If there is any shipping issue with your package, contact support@harvestmoongemz.com within 180 days after your order was placed.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. International delivery times vary greatly by destination. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free international shipping for orders over $55.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Harvest Moon Gemz is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

P.O. Boxes

Shipping to P.O. boxes can only be made for purchases of stickers and/or small handmade products. Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order and your order may be subjected to cancelation. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Order Status / Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and/or link that will allow you to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@harvestmoongemz.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
